Sizing
The tutu comes in one size that fits most people. Elastic waist band allows one size to fit most. (20-38 inch waist)

Tutu
This is a mini tutu that will come in the color desired. The light up wire will light up in a color that matches the tutu color.

Battery
Each tutu comes with a battery pack with a button that controls 4 modes (off, constant on, slow flicker, fast flicker). The tutu has a short wire leading to the battery pack. We recommend you run the wire under the tutu and clip the battery pack on the tutu waist band. The small battery pack uses two AA batteries (not included) and lasts over 24 hours of continuous use. Please note that all glow wire battery packs in the industry make a slight high pitched tone and this is normal.

We recommend that a child be 12 years of age or older to use this product.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all products. If for any reason a product breaks under normal usage, we will repair or replace it.

This is a cute blue mini tutu. If I were to wear it out I would definitely wear leggings under it, preferably with a pocket. This tutu is adding spice to my life. This light up tutu takes two AA batteries. The battery pack attached and detaches from a connection on the tutu and has a clip to attach to clothing, a pocket or the waist. The light have three modes on, flashing, or strobe. This mini tutu even kind of fits my toddler. This mini tutu is great for parties, dances, routines, and pure fun. Anyone who appreciates a tutu would definitely like a light up tutu. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

This piece was great! Bought for me and a friend... I'm a size 10-12. Got many compliments throughout the night out. Unfortunately, this did not fit my friend...she's a size 14.

Picked this up for my girlfriend. We're hitting a Back to the Future party this weekend and since we don't have hover boards, neon will do the trick!This is a super cute accessory and it fits as expected on my girlfriend. It looks like it does in the photos, meaning it's fairly light and airy overall; certainly not loaded down with light tubes or anything like that. Girls wearing this are definitely going to get attention, so be prepared to be the hit of any party you go to!The battery pack is small enough that you can tuck it into the waistband of the tutu and it won't be much of a distraction. It only takes 2AA batteries and we've let it run for quite a while with no issues. All of this vendor's items seem to be good for a decent length of time on a single set of batteries.If you're a girl and you want to make an impression--or you're a guy and want to give it a shot (no judgment here!)--definitely pick this up and rock it!

I got this for my granddaughter to use this upcoming Halloween.I was very impressed with the quality, and how well it worked.It fit her perfectly and looks really cute on her.She has worn it a few times at night to go out with friends.It is short so you will most likely need something to wear under it.The waist has good stretch so it will fit I would say up to a 16.My only complaint is I wish it had a pocket for the control unit.But the clip does work and you can clip it to anything you are wearing.It really lights up nice and will really show off in the dark.Overall I am very pleased with this little tutu , as I am sure you will be too.I highly recommend this great neon tutu.I received this product at a discount , this is my honest review and unbiased review.

I got this for my granddaughter and she loves it. When we took it out of the package we were a bit concerned because it did looks small and my granddaughter is a healthy size 12. It did fit her fine though and even still had quite a bit of stretch. It is very short so should be worn over something else. The neon runs off a 2 AA batteries that are not included. They go into a pack that has a clip on it that you can clip in the waist band of the tutu or of what you are wearing under it. It is well made. The stitching looks strong. I think it is really cute and wish we had stuff like this when I was younger. I received this item at a discount in exchange for me to fully test and give my honest and unbiased opinion here in this review. I stand behind my words and will happily answer any questions presented to me about this product. Thank you!

Oh wow! A red flashing light up tutu??!??! Where have you been all my life. This is so much fun. I wish I had it for the last techno show I went to- it was on the beach and wearing this over my bathing suit would have been awesome! There's always next time. It is quite short (but aren't all Tutus supposed to be like that?). So when I wear it, I will likely wear it over a pair of leggings. But there are so many options for this- shows, raves, festivals, Halloween, sexy bedroom time, heck-- I'm a Buckeyes fan and I think this will look adorable tailgating with an OSU jersey on. I can't wait for football season! The skirt itself fits me perfectly. I'm a size 8. There is room for stretch, so it can go bigger, but not too much. The controller is on a little cord that you can clip on the top of your pants I guess? Not sure if you were not wearing any- I would think it would be better if it was sewn into the waistband of the tutu somehow. But, the materials seem to be good quality and it seems like it will stand up to normal wear and tear. I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others. This tutu is a fun addition for a neon night party outfit. I saw one a few months ago at a theme party while on vacation and just had to have it! The size is a "one size fits all" which seems that it should for the most part with the flexible elastic waist band. I am a size 4 and the elastic waistband retracted enough to stay securely on my waist. So I have no worries that this tutu would slip down or fall off when dancing. The tutu would look cute with leggings, boy shorts, or a pair of sexy undies. The neon light has 3 settings... on, fast blink and slow blink. It's bright enough that it will certainly get people's attention but not so bright that you're going to annoy people. There is a quiet hum from the battery back, but once clipped to the waistband of the skirt, it cannot be heard. I received the Neon Nightlife Women's Light Up Mini Tutu at a discount in return for my honest and unbiased review. This is super cute and my daughter that's 10 has been playing with it almost daily since it arrived. She turns off the light in her room and sings and dances all around wearing it. For that I am in love with this thing. It keeps her entertained and active at the same time.As for the tutu itself I would say be sure you take a measurement if you are an adult ordering this for yourself. I am a size 12/14 in women's clothing and this was too tight for me to wear. No biggie for me though cause I had her in mind for this not myself.The tutu is made of a see through mesh material that seems to be pretty good quality. My daughter has worn it quite a bit and you can't even tell. The elastic is holding up great even with her putting it on and taking it off so much. There aren't any loose threads or flaws that I have seen.The battery pack is attached to the tutu with a short wire and has a belt clip on the back so you can attach it to your waistband or pocket. I requires two AA batteries (not included) so be prepared with those on hand. It has three lighting settings: on, flashing slow, and flashing fast. Very easy to use and change via a small button on the battery pack.My only real complaint on this tutu is that the battery pack makes an awful squealing sound whenever it's turned on. Very distracting if the room is quite, at least to me. My daughter doesn't seem to mind it when she's playing around and singing to music though. It's not super loud, but I would have thought it would be silent.I ordered this product at a discount through a special promotion and this is my honest and unbiased review.

This is a really cute tutu, however, it's made for really tiny people. I'm 5'3" and 128 pounds with a 29" waist and it just barely fit me. It fit my 9 year old much better than it did me, and even then it was a stretch. It's really fun when it's all lit up and can be solid, slow blinking, or fast blinking, which are all controlled by one button on the panel. It takes two AA batteries, which are not included and can clip onto the tutu. It's more comfortable to clip it onto the outside of it due to it's bulkiness, but looks a bit odd. Kind of like a house arrest bracelet on your waist instead of your ankle. It also makes a buzzing sound that gets annoying after a while, but if you are in a club or party with loud music, it won't even be noticeable. My daughter really likes it though and wants to wear it to 4th of July cookouts.I did receive this item at no cost to thoroughly test and form an honest opinion. Your thoughts and experience may vary from that of my own, of course.

I'm typically a women's size medium and it stretches to fit perfect! Not too poofy, small battery pack that clips on easily. Only thing is that it makes a faint high pitched buzzing when it's on, although in a louder environment you won't be able to notice.
